    Not sure if app, watch or both are causing problems with showing sleep correctly, because I can’t believe I’m awake for 3 hrs while I was sleeping??? Zone minutes fluctuates every day, doesn’t always count stairs taken. Every time there is an update something else is wrong with either App or watch. Since I only use it for walking it’s like you get what you pay for and the more expensive watches have so many issues I decided to keep this one and deal with the app or watch issues.

      Hi there. We hear your concern on wanting better sleep and activity accuracy on the Versa 4. Here are some tips to get the most out of your watch:

      For sleeping:
      1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
      2. To accurately track your sleep, make sure your device is positioned higher on your wrist, about 2-3 finger widths above the wrist bone. The band should feel secure but not too tight.
      3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

      Regarding Active Zone Minutes: The watch calculates active minutes using metabolic equivalents to measure exercise intensity. Activities such as walking, could count as active minutes. For non-step activities, the watch uses heart rate data — otherwise, active minutes may be lower. Here’s a link with more information: https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14236509

    Love it! Syncs with all my apps, intuitive interface, simple mechanism allows the abiliyty to quickly change watchbands. Only negative is the uncomfortable factory watchband. Better, more comfortable replacements available on Amazon at reasonable prices.
