Not sure if app, watch or both are causing problems with showing sleep correctly, because I can’t believe I’m awake for 3 hrs while I was sleeping??? Zone minutes fluctuates every day, doesn’t always count stairs taken. Every time there is an update something else is wrong with either App or watch. Since I only use it for walking it’s like you get what you pay for and the more expensive watches have so many issues I decided to keep this one and deal with the app or watch issues.

My Versa died and I replaced it with a Versa 4. I prefer the old Versa. The Versa 4 does most of the things that my Versa did but I find it harder to decipher.

I like it overall but I had the versa 2 and when you flipped your wrist it would light up the screen. I have click on the side button on the versa 4 and that’s a little annoying

I recently purchased the Fiitbit watch, which had a lot of nice features. However, it stopped working for no apparent reason. initially, I thought i needed to be charged, but after allowing it to be charged for one half of a day, it still would not work.

My wife loves it!! Wears it everyday while she’s walking!! This is the second one she’s had, after dropping the first one.

This is the fourth Smartwatch that I have purchased from Best Buy and have been satisfied with each of them. Each of them has been both durable and dependable!

I like the bigger watch face from previous fit bit. Hate having to get yet another charging style. I will not use the premium services once the free trial is over, not necessary for me. Easy set up and good value for the cost.

I love it! This is my second Fitbit Versa; I upgraded from the Versa 2. It does everything I want it to do, and it has many features. I have a small wrist, and I appreciate that the face doesn't look bulky on my wrist. It's a good product at a good price.

Love my Versa 4 so I ordered one for my husband too.

The page of instructions is in such small font, there is no way to read it. So, I did not read anything that could teach me how to use my Fitbit. I'm going to ask a sales person at Best Buy to SHOW ME & TEACH ME how to use the different functions.

this is my 2nd fitbit and I really enjoy them and the fact that they can integrate with both iPhones and droids. plus really like the fact of being able to answer calls while having headphones on

I really love the Versa smartwatches this is my 2nd one. Started with the 2 and upgraded to the 4. They are comfortable and they have some cool watch faces and are pretty accurate.

It’s been amazing ! It was a gift for my boyfriend and he is loving it !

The associate took the extra time to assist me in checking out my options and the Fitbit Smartwatch. I would highly recommend Best Buy to everyone.

It's ok for what I paid. I like the versa two more because the ability to download music to it. I was bummed to find out they got rid of that feature. Also the button on this broke within a couple months and made the watch useless, since half the time the feature that turns the watch on when you look at it doesn't work. But it does everything else I want it to. I would give it more stars if the button didn't stop working. I don't use Alexa on it or the tap to pay so I'm not sure how well that works. But it tracks my exercises descently.

Overall happy with the product. Battery life is good for about a week.

Use to have an apple watch and love it. I switched to fitbit because its cheaper and works just as good. The hr is pretty accurate to the ones at the doctors. I recommend the versa 4

I like it for the most part. Would be better if I didn't have to disconnect and reconnect the bluetooth so often.

The ONLY thing good is a long battery! If you have a notification problem dont hold your breath they will only read you the cue card answers that google supplies their techs with. After that, the techs say someone will contact you and it never happens. I’ve sent pictures of my iphone settings to fitbit that they asked me to do and its been over a month and nothing. Same ole cue card answer. It doesn’t matter what fitbit I own this is the normal response when randomly text stop coming to the phone. I noticed since fitbit sold company to google the supoort is bad. After yrs of owning Fitbits with round and round no conclusions or fixes & I just having to buy the next newest one for a quick fix. This is probably why fitbit has told best buy NOT to allow customers to buy the extended warranty says something. I finally went back to an Apple watch and love it!

The Versa 4 Smartwatch has an easily readable screen. Perfect for mature eyes!
