Costumer service at Best Buy was excellent. Fitbit has not answered my letter for complaint, thankfully Amazon Finally did resolve my purchase of a Versa 2, battery did not last 5 months, absolutely worst experience with Fitbit. Versa 4 is much better product…

Only worked for a little over a week, Fitbit customer service was happy to send a replacement, but it was refurbished so feel like that wasn't a true replacement.

Absolutely love my Versa 4. I love the versatility in being able to change faces and all the different stats I'm able to view. The band is easily swappable and much easier to put on versus older Versa smartwatch bands.

Not real happy with dark rose color of the Silicone back, but I will get used tonit

I upgraded from a Versa 2. The time is smaller than my old watch therefore I have to grab my glasses to see the time. Some of the technology improved and some they took away

This is the first "smartwatch" for my wife. She's very happy with all the functions and appearance, and likes the "screen" size (large enough to read, but still small enough to not look out of place). Good value for the money.

Fitbit saved my life. A heart rate pattern was shown to a doctor and after testing I had afib. It had it corrected. This is my fourth Fitbit. I wear them out working on a farm. Always a Fitbit owner from now on

This is my fourth Fitbit. I have used them to monitor my sleep and to keep track of walking steps. The Versa 4 does those things well. I am not so pleased with the band design as it is just a little difficult in connecting at the right place.

Had a 3 that I loved and cant get anymore this one doesn't have the features that I like.

Upgraded from a fitbit versa 2. So for, i am pleased. Only complaint is the screen appears to not be as sensitive to touch as the versa 2. This has been a hassle when running

I love how this Fitbit has large font. It keeps me moving through out the day and has me challenging myself to reach new goals.

Works great. Only negative is it fails to give the O2 percentage level sometimes and when it does show it, it is almost always 93%. When I check my O2 percentage level with another device, it is always 98% to 100%

It’s a great product. I loved my Versa 2 and thought I’d upgrade to the next generation. It’s slightly different and I do miss some of the features I’m used to, but overall satisfied.

Looks good and feels good. Had an issue one time with watch being reset after a workout, but hasn't happened since. Loving it!

I have using the fitbit watches for the pass 5years. I love It !!!

I got it for the heart monitoring component. It's ok, but kind of cumbersome. And the battery needs recharged often. It serves its purpose.
