I like this watch but i wished that Fitbit would allow the screen display be universal to all their devices because i liked my old screen layout on my Versa.

I was never able to receive calls on my watch. I don't receive any call notifications, message notification or any other notifications from my phone to the watch. No matter how many times you reset your watch or even your phone, the notification service won't work. It says built-in GPS which never uses/works. I don't understand why such big brands make such low quality products.

I am struggling with this model of fitbit. I loved my Versa 2 until the touchscreen stopped working. Since I loved the Versa 2 I decided to choose a Versa 4 and the new layout of the apps and screens isn't user-friendly in my opinion. I think the "right" watch face may fix all my complaints however most of the ones I like cost extra money. Hopefully with time I will be happy with it.

I really like the watch. I have not worn a watch for years but I will wear this all the time. I was most interested in tracking exercise, workouts and tennis. The sleep monitoring is pretty impressive.

I bought the watch duting the Black Friday sales in November 2024. Initially the watch worked really well and provided me motivatiin to hit my step and sleep goals. After 7 months the “Floors” counter started miscounting in an extreme manner. I would doing something as benign as walking 20 steps from my living room cpuch to my kitchen to get a drink and the watch would count 4 floors. One day the watch accurately vojnted my steps at 10,941 but inaccurately recorded my floors to be 280. The worst part of the process is getting Google to acknowledge that the watch has a broken floor counting mechanism. It has taken me a month to finally get Google to approve a warranty claim. I would not recommend the watch due to it recording faulty statistics so soon after purchase and the poor customer service response.

It was only okay. Some parts were great, but I purchased it with the intention of answering calls from it during specific activities, and returned it because that function didn't work. Attempted to troubleshoot through Fitbit forums and employees with no luck. It wouldn't maintain a Bluetooth connection to answer calls - showed the incoming call, but was never able to connect and answer. After fully charging it sometimes wouldn't turn on, but then would spontaneously start up hours later (not connected to charger). Returned it and went with a Garmin.

Got this to replace my old watch. It is such an upgrade from my previous. Screen is bright and teh customization of info on teh screen is great.

All good . It's not the only one I have. I like having backup. One negative regarding fitbit. It relies on the app for its practical use. Another is the prolific adds/ qdvice which is distracting and redundant.

I bought this for a friend he loves it, motivated him to become more active. Watch is great to track your health and physical activity.

I have depended on fitbit products for several years. Mostly the different version of fitbit watches have been very dependable. I like their capabilities for health guidance.

Love this Fitbit except for the fact the bettery dient last as long as in my previous Versa 2.

Bought as a gift for my wife, she couldn’t be any happier than she is. Great product!!

We like our new Versa 4 fitbits. We use to have Versa 2 fitbits but we both like our new ones better

Features were a little glitchy I would go with the charge 6 better product in my opinion better fit but that's just my opinion

This watch has never properly displayed stats/synced. It was very well taken care of, never exposed to water, properly charged, etc. It stopped syncing properly and the battery gave out just over a year of owning it. You cannot use a lot of the advertised features without an expensive subscription. Do yourself a favor and purchase an Apple Watch. I tried troubleshooting with their support and per Google search this is a known issue. They still do not stand by their product even though it’s a known issue with this watch.

Only negative is the weakness of the vibration for alarms. Otherwise this is a great purchase.
