Love it...and all the extra functiins u get with the app

Can't always get my read out on how I slept. Have to have watch in exactly the right place for it to work.

This is a nice watch, but I wish the battery lasted longer.

Doesn't sync more than I'd like but it's simple and you get what you pay for. Lower end smart watch

I purchased this item for my mother but after a few days, the screen went blank and never came back on. This item was returned to BestBuy and an alternative wearable device.

I bought this watch as a replacement/upgrade to my Versa 2. It looks nice and is often mistaken for an Apple Watch. I thought it would be just as great as the Versa 2 but find myself regretting my purchase. Because I am outside of my return window I am kind of stuck with it now. The sensitivity on the screen is horrible. I have a very difficult time setting my exercises so I’ve tried playing with the Settings a few times and nothing has fixed it. Overall, the touch sensitivity is just not great but I can get past that. One thing I can’t overlook, though, is how bad the GPS tracking is, I’ve compared the Versa 4’s GPS readings (distance) to a few different devices when I’ve gone hiking with friends on different occasions and my watch always over estimates the distance by at least half a mile. When I open the app to see the trails I’ve hiked the tracker/signal seems to shoot off really far off my trail so it adds to my distance. Today, I went on a 5 mile hike and my Versa 4 has me down for 8 miles! My phone health app, my hiking buddy’s phone and watch also read about 5 miles. I’ve connected my V2 to my app a couple times to try to figure out what’s wrong & I am only having the issues when I connect the Versa 4.

This versa 2 works well with Humana plans for logging your steps daily in which you get $10. A month for exercising. $120 per year.

I got this as a gift for my mom. She likes it as it is very useful when she works out.

Works well, an update over an original Versa. Wish they could update the AOD so charging would turn off the screen at night...

Love my Fitbit I am surprised by how wonderful it is

Good Watch. Does not answer phone calls like the Versa 3.

Battery life is not as good as I'd like, especially when using GPS.

I've owned 3 Fitbits over the years and was happy. The first 2 lasted 3-1/2 years each. The Versa 4 I bought September 2022, is now dead. It dies in November and I got it working again thru software updates but it kept going down. Now it won't charge and can't get it to start at all. Very disappointed at this point.

Nice watch but the band is a little short and it makes my wrist sweat more than the older model I had.
