I really like this smartwatch. The battery stays charged almost a whole week for me and that's amazing. I love how it tracks my sleep too. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Arguably the best watch thats not apple. Extremely light weight, great battery backup, gets connected to android seamlessly, many features that are not offered by iwatch and better than Garmin in a lot of ways. Only con is battery lasts for just 2 years.

Purchased for my partner who upgraded from the Versa 1 and they're really impressed with the quality and features the Versa 4 offers. Color was perfect too.

Bought this for my mom who has very small wrists and it fit perfectly. I thought it might look too big on her, but it looks great. She loves the big screen and was amazed at the battery life. She loves it so much, we bought one for my dad!!

It is the perfect solution to switching from an apple watch to a more well rounded device that connects to more than just apple products. It holds better battery, so I can use it to track my sleep, it last week if not more on a full charge! It is also way more customizable and straightforward with the stats.

I had to replace my Fitbit and am so happy to be able to count my steps and monitor my sleep and blood pressue. Thank you Geek Squad!

It works perfect. I dont need anything else. To me it just wat i need it and is perfect. Not big not small not complicated to use.

This FitBit has more features and a larger screen which I really enjoy. The accuracy of the steps, medical information and usage of all the features are easy.

My Versa 3 finally died and I upgraded to a 4. The display is a nicer face than on the 3 by a lot. My main issue with it is the software. The sleep score and the weather do not update consistently and one of the only ways to get it to update is force closing the software on your phone or rebooting the unit itself. This wasn't an issue on the 3. If the sleep score wasn't on the home screen of the unit maybe it wouldn't be so glaring. I do also appreciate that you the accessories for a 3 work on the 4. Overall it's a solid upgrade but it has room for improvement.

Battery lasts longer than the one it replaced. .

Not the best, not the worst. It does well at the health things but a few smart watch things are a little short. Sound during phone calls is very weak and hard to hear unless it's very quiet. I did connect easily and tracks all the pertinent health related information so that is a plus since I got it for that purpose. Good value to cost ratio. I could recommend this item to others that want to track there health over other things a smart watch does. This is a replacement of another old Fitbit that didn't even have other capabilities and was limited so this is a jump ahead. Seems to be getting better with each version.

I bought the watch for my wife she wears it every day she loves keeping track of her steps she doesn't care for the band.

Great fitbit, love that it lasts a long time and what it tracks. It seems to have a delay in tracking steps which i dont like but overall i enojy it.

My old Sense was having screen issues so I just decided to get a new Fitbit. This one is very much like my old Sense but with a lot more bells and whistles that I'm still trying to figure out. It is much more responsive and is fairly easy to use. I did get a screen protector right away as I work in construction and will end up getting damage on the screen if I didn't have it. Even with the screen protector, the screen is still very touch sensitive and works well. I do wish there were more band options rather than having to take the chance at an online reatailer hoping what you see is what you get.

Very happy with the features. This was an upgrade from my old versa 3 to the 4 and just as my last watch this is working perfect as I had figured.
