I have owned almost all of the fitbit versa's and this one is by far my favorite one. I love the free premium 6 month access.

Don"t buy it, and DEFINITELY don't purchase it from BEST BUY. I've only had the Versa 4 for 3 weeks today. Shortly after purchasing I had issues with settings changing on their own. Do not disturb and Sleep mode would turn on without me doing it. I only noticed because I wasn't getting notifications. One night the versa 4 locked up with both DND/Sleep mode turned on, and I had to do a factory reset. That was literally no more than 2 weeks after purchase. Syncing has been a MAJOR problem. It was glitchy at first but has only gotten worse. It currently has not synced since yesterday morning. The only way I've been able to force it is turning off both the device and my phone, or reinstalling the app etc. There have also been gaps in time of recording heartrate. I reached out to Best Buy maybe 36 hours past the 15 day "price match/return period" (that I was unaware was SO soon until I spoke to them), and Best Buy would NOT help at all. I tried again today. Nope, nothing. Not with the price match or return on a defective device. I have reached out to Best Buy twice, to no avail. Had it been a month or so later I could understand, but it was 16 days the first time. The end result, I'm paying full price for something on sale $50 less right now, and I've been in contact with Fitbit and they have to replace it. Too many problems...not worth it!

This is my fourth versa. I am very pleased with it. Most them have been bought from Best Buy.

Fitbit Versa 4 is great. Doesn't have the bells and whistles that the new brand smart watches have, however it does what I need with a much better battery life.

The watch has a very clear screen, easy to connect with the Fitbit app. Easy to keep track of your exercise routine.

Love being able to compete with fellow Fitbit users for daily steps! This product is amazing.

This was an upgrade for my wife’s Versa 3. It was easy to set up and easy to utilize. If you have a Versa watch, this is a great upgrade to make.

This was a great upgrade over the versa 2. I really like the features and the fact that you can charge it without having to remove the protective cover.

Great smart exercise watch. Great on battery life and very good to have while working out. Like how clear you can answer phone calls and texting is easy also.
