Fitbit is not what it used to be

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was NOT a good experience Worked great until the night of 12/31/23 after which the watch had to be set up multiple times I spent 10 consecutive days on the phone with Fitbit and it still stops working every few days. They apparently had a software issue after 1/1/24 I am not impressed.

Poor Battery Life

It broke the second day that my wife was wearing it. Bought 4 on amazon, and now the strap doesn't stay connected to the watch. Upside is that the straps are cheap. But, that is the downside as well.

Dissapointed.

Finally it lost 15 mins on the clock and stopped pairing. All i get now is a big flashing red X. I will be returning it.

Don’t buy!

Stopped working within 30 days and only allowed a 15 day return period from date of delivery to return end date. Unable to get my money back or exchange!! Can only use protection plan but it’s an awful watch. Don’t waste your money

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It started off great but i have to give it a 1 cause it is not lasting very long, we are constantly resetting it, it does not keep up with the date and times and the steps are off, My wife charged it all night and by the time she got to work it was off due to charge, not sure what is going on with it.

Not worth the money.

I could not turn the alarm off. I alarmed every hour on the hour after that. I back and Best Buy worked on it. I called fitbit and they had me reset it. I still continued to alarm. I got a refund.

Bad software, worse exchange process.

Constantly freezes, shuts down randomly, stops in the middle of workout tracking, etc. I requested a warranty exchange from Fitbit and when mine arrived at their warehouse, it sat for a week. Now the status has said prepared for shipping for three days. It appears the exchange process will be 2-3 weeks long. That’s astonishingly bad. I’ll never buy a Fitbit again. Not Best Buy’s fault.
