Bought Feb 3rd, 2023 and it died April 10th 2024. That's just two months out of warranty. Fitbit sure knows how to plan obsolescence. Will replace with a Garmin. My husband's Garmin is about 5 years old and runs fine.

Our daughter loves it. Super comfy, she sleeps with it , loves all of the functiona and cool data

The Original Versa was a better Watch. Am disappointed in Versa 4l

My wife Loves it, the band took a pittle while to get used to but really likes it mow.

I purchased this Fitbit Versa 4, received on May 15, dead on June 11. I would not advise purchasing this device.

Upgraded my Versa 3 to a new Versa 4. Like how thin this version is.

Doesn't work for android don't be fooled! Can't return and can't use. Waste of 200 dollars! Don't purchase its a nightmare!

Everything about it worked great except the heart rate tracking. It would randomly quit, forcing me to restart it. The band is super comfortable. If the heart rate tracking is not important to you, it’s a good watch

I would not recommend this watch. I have spent way too much time trying to set this up and get apps to work. I am going back to my versa lite that i have had for several years. new one not worth having.

I have been using Fitbit products for at least 7 or 8 years, and I find Versa 4 smartwatch very very disappointing. It will most likely be last Fitbit gadget. First and foremost, the "reminder to move" function stopped working for no reason after just about two months. I talked with Fitbit customer service three times, and they couldn't provide a solution at all. Total waste of my time. Second, the battery is a mere joke. After two months of light use, now the battery lasted just about two days. I got constant reminder almost every day to recharge my battery. I also talked with the customer service about this, and they merely sent an article on Fitbit battery for me to read on my own. My third complaint is about the the original wrist band. It comes loose too often, no matter during workouts, swimming, or sleep. A few times I realized I had lost my Versa 4, which came loose from my wrist, in the swimming pool and had to look for it all over the pool. I certainly didn't expect a product of such poor quality or design for the price I paid.

I literally have to charge it everyday and it doesn’t always tell me how many hours I slept.

Didnt even last two years for the amount i paid. Didnt accurately show my sleeping or heart rate.

I'm not really satisfied i got burned by this watch which I have never had that happen to me before

Don’t waste your time buying I brought about 3 and they all have issue ms

I had a skin reaction to the watch, now stuck with a watch I cannot wear. This of course would not be an every person issue.
