Looks nice but doesn’t report all information in particular sleep information the Fitbit says no data even though the iPad it’s linked to give the previous nights data. Disappointing and will cancel premium service after six month trial period.

Bought this for my husband as a replacement to his Versa 3 that he dropped and cracked the screen. He is happy with it.

Breaking in my Fitbit. I expect more from the watch.

I had to get a new Fitbit as my original one quite charging. I am not happy that I need to pay an annual fee to have all the features of the new Fitbit. Also do not like I need to charge the Versa 4 every other night.

I purchased this watch on August 19, 2025 and for the past couple of weeks it will not sync to my phone. I have uninstalled the fitbit app, turned the phone off, restarted the watch and nothing works. The watch will not sync to the phone. I took the watch back to the store and was told it was defective. Now I am attempting to exchange the watch. Do not buy this watch.

Tracker thst does what it is meant to do. i bought to track my steps and make sure my heart was not going to implode. i bought the breathable band...it is recommended

This is my 3rd Fitbit watch, and by far the best, the screen is clear and bright, and as normal with Fitbit, plenty of watch faces to choose from. Plenty of good work out choices also.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my wife. Since we're 2 weeks before Christmas she hasn't opened it yet. But i keep getting requests to review it. So that's my review. Hopefully this will stop the system from asking again

I have always used polar, but picked this up at a good price, figured I would give it a try. I am underwhelmed. First off, the heartrate does not sync with gym equipment, so I cannot use for heart rate training. The sleep tracker metrics are sketchy at best.

Had to replace my Sense after 3 years of 24/7/365 use. Some research lead me to this Versa and ..... I MISS MY SENSE! There is a button on the side of the fitbit that I hit, no less than, 10x a day which will start my exercise....I then have to go through the process of ending the exercise and my progress report is a joke - :) I do like the auto detection of an exercise such as walking. Overall it's Ok - just frustrated with the side button!

Bought this for my huaband.. took the poor man an hour to setup the watch. Should be easier than that.

Pretty much as expected. A bit more maneuvering required to find specific info but I like the system so far.

Bought this watch for my wife, she was in love with the Fitbit brand. She had no real complaints other than having constant issues trying to answer and make calls through the watch from her phone while on the go. She has recently switched to the Apple Watch.

Bought this for my mom and it has really helped and motivate her to be health conscious and aware of her activity!

I purchased this for my husband. He likes it but it doesn’t offer some of the features that the older version had. The older version you could download pictures to have as a screen saver rhis one you can't. But all-in-all it works good.

The sales person was very helpful with my decision on this particular watch. He explained everything and helped me compare multiple devices and I was able to make the perfect choice.

Like my fitbit. Not easy to program. So i dont get all the features.

I decided on the Versa 4 after wearing the Versa 2 for 4 years. After getting the watch set up, the battery was lasting only two days. Fitbit customer service quickly sent the replacement. I'm happy with the Versa 4 and the great customer service.
