Great fitbit that tracks vitals as well as steps. Battery life is less than a week, but that's the only negative thing.

This was a gift from my husband to replace my other versa that stopped working. I like it especially the ease in changing the bands. I haven't had enough time to navigate through all the features but so far it's working well.

The Versa 4 fitbit was ordered on-line. It was received in a very timely matter which I find is always the case when ordered from Best Buy. It is definitely a wanted smartwatch. I know should help is required, the watch can always be brought to my closest Best Buy store.

Like the watch. Do not like the band. Falls off easy. I wiped out waterskiing, watch fell off and now its at the bottom of the lake. Never had that problem with the Versa 2 band

I had a Versa 2 that lasted 4 years. Upgraded to Versa 4. Works great. Only concern is the GPS works great but the screen is touch sensitive and as temperatures cool and wearing long sleeves, it is a little too sensitive. On a short sleeve day, it works great.

Fitbits have been a part of my life for a long time. I had a Versa 2 and decided it's time to upgrade. The new options, faces, and health tracking is incredible. Huge fan here!

I find that the Fitbit Versa 4 is glitchy. I wish I had spent more and gotten a real smart watch. I was looking for a watch that I could see my daughter's blood sugar levels at all times. There is a watch face for that, and it works, but doesn't update often enough. Also, the screen goes dark randomly in the middle of doing functions. That is annoying. However, it is comfortable, and i have found that just wearing it makes me want to get in my 10k steps everyday. I wouldn't recommend it to another T1D mom.

I have worn a Fitbit for approximately 7 years. My only complaint with this one is, if it goes dead and I charge it, the date and time are not current. It's been an issue since I purchased it. I never had this problem with the last two Fitbits.

Product worked perfectly for 2 weeks, then 1 day the main screen suddenly went black, not sure why. I rebooted the watch and everything back to normal since. Really weird

Overall it's a great product, the only issue is the watch will freeze up several times. Therefore I have to sync the the watch again.

Love the look. Love some of the features such as gps without having your phone on you. Brand new I could not get it to track exercise. Steps, sleep data, etc was fine but it would go cuckoo when trying to track exercise. I’ve spent many days now with customer support trying to troubleshoot it. I’ve had $7 fitness trackers that worked better at this point as well as an expensive garmin that I had zero issues with. Maybe I just received a lemon, but it’s been a headache to deal with. Another thing- beware that google bought fitbit and you now have to habe a google account attached to your device and everything on it is a google fitbit app. Since it is google, it will not sync with apple health without a third party app either. Just another annoyance of this device.

I like the size. It's not bulky. I wanted a wearable that wasn't extremely expensive and this fit the bill.

Since it is so new there are not a variety of faces to choose from. Also I don’t always receive alerts it could be the phone I don’t know. But all in all itis a good fitness tracker and accurate as well.

I really would like for the text messages to show the context on the watch face without having to stop what i am doing to tap it to read the message.

Tgis is a great product, but just like.the rest of my fitbit watches. Im pretty sure it's going to last 3 yrs beforehand it starts to malfunction

Love this watch! Comfortable to wear, love the multi-functions with the integration with my phone.
