You have to pull back, then pull down forward you lose your tightness doing this. The old type band where you put clip in slot is easier.

Finally decided to buy a new watch this one's pretty good for the price however there are absolutely no apps for it we're just kind of annoying. When you speak to customer service representatives they say that apps will be available in the future. But the thing has been out since September and still no apps available.

I've only had the Versa 4 for 3 weeks today. Shortly after purchasing I had issues with settings changing on their own. Do not disturb and Sleep mode would turn on without me doing it. I only noticed because I wasn't getting notifications. One night the versa 4 locked up with both DND/Sleep mode turned on, and I had to do a factory reset. That was literally no more than 2 weeks after purchase. Syncing has been a MAJOR problem. It was glitchy at first but has only gotten worse. It currently has not synced since yesterday morning. The only way I've been able to force it is turning off both the device and my phone, or reinstalling the app etc. There have also been gaps in time of recording heartrate. I reached out to Best Buy maybe 36 hours past the 15 day "price match/return period" (that I was unaware was SO soon until I spoke to them), and Best Buy would NOT help at all. I tried again today. Nope, nothing. Not with the price match or return on a defective device. I have reached out to Best Buy twice, to no avail. Had it been a month or so later I could understand, but it was 16 days the first time. The end result, I'm paying full price for something on sale $50 less right now, and I've been in contact with Fitbit and they have to replace it. Too many problems...not worth it!

I liked when you were walking and it coach you alone the way sayin little encouraging remarks and you can't call out and don't let me answer all my calls that come through but overall its nice
