    Wife loves it! but the wrist band is uncomfortable. Its a silicone based material, so sweat and chaffing does occur.

    Bought the FitPit for my wife and she loves it. Let’s her know how many steps she does per day. Use it for an alarm also.

    The watch itself is good, but for the price you're paying, you might as well throw in a hundred more for something better. I decided to go a step up since my Charge 5 died and give this one a go. It definitely gets the job done, but there are way better options out there for the amount you're already shelling out.

      Hi there, SandyD. We’re sorry to hear you're having issues with syncing on your Versa 4. Normally, a quick restart can resolve that problem — here’s how to do that:

      To restart your Fitbit device:
      1. Locate the Settings app.
      2. Tap Settings, then Restart Device, then Restart.

      If your device is unresponsive:
      1. Plug in your device to charge.
      2. Press the button on the charger's flat end 3 times with 1-second pauses.
      3. Wait 10 seconds, or until the logo appears.
