    I bought 2 as Christmas presents for my parents. Both were open box since they won’t be used on a daily basis. This particular one had very damaged packaging but it was certified excellent so I wasn’t worried about the watch not working. When my mom opened the box there was no charger, so now I have to buy a replacement charger since all the support options are robots and I can’t get a human to help me. Product itself was “excellent” as stated during purchase, but they obviously didn’t inspect it fully.

    I like how the fit bit keeps me on track with my activity and reminds me when I've been sitting too long. I like how I can answer my phone too.And that it's waterproof. I don't like the original band. I got an allergic reaction and purchased a different one.
