I love the new Versa 4 Fitness. It is very comfortable. The face of the watch is thin so I don't tend to hit it on anything. It holds a great charge and gives me all the information that I need.

This new Fitbit Versa meets my needs and works extremely well. I am glad I made this purchase. I recommend this product.

Nice watch. Great design. Big improvement over the original Fitbit that I had years ago. The only thing I would change is include an elastic band if at all possible. I had to buy one separate.

I've been a long-term Fitbit user, the brand loyalty spurred by its innovative designs, seamless operation, and great software support. I've witnessed the evolution of Fitbit from the Classic to the Versa series, standing by them through thick and thin. However, the recently launched Fitbit Versa 4 Graphite has left me with mixed feelings. The build quality of the Versa 4 Graphite feels cheap compared to previous models. I've always admired Fitbit's premium build quality, but this model seems a little off, making me wonder if the brand's acquisition by Google has started impacting its product quality. In terms of software support, Fitbit was known for its regular updates, keeping its users engaged and satisfied. Since the Google acquisition, however, this seems to have declined. I've noticed that the updates are not as frequent or robust, and the bug fixes have also slowed down. As a result, the Versa 4's user experience has been noticeably laggy and glitchy at times. To be fair, the Versa 4 does retain some classic Fitbit features we've all come to love, like great battery life and an easy-to-navigate interface. But the decline in quality and software support overshadow these positive aspects. Given these concerns, I've recently made the switch to Garmin, and I am quite impressed with the quality and software support that Garmin offers. It's a pity to see Fitbit, a brand I've admired for so long, showing signs of decline. I really hope Fitbit, under Google's management, can bounce back and regain its former glory. Until then, I'm afraid the Fitbit Versa 4 Graphite earns just two stars from me.

Nice step up from the skinny fitbit. Easy to read and the display is bright

Technology is difficult for me, however, this watch was really easy with good instructions. I love the large face that is easy to read. The band that comes with it is comfortable.

When the Fitbit watches went on sale at Best Buy, I felt I was worth upgrading. So, I chose the Versa after researching them, and considering my budget. I have been wearing the Fitbit blaze for years! The battery and it's charging cable were killing me, I just didn't want to tolerate it anymore. So far I am very satisfied with the versa. The battery life is a huge improvement. The watch faces are very nice. It is also great with helping to keep track of your health activities and number options.

My second Fitbit. Absolutely love it and appreciate the help from sales associates that helped me the day I purchased the watch!

This Fitbit helps me monitor my heart rate and my steps for health reasons. I have had no issues with and have recommended it to my friends.

Still early to tell but wish the charging cable was longer than 18 inches and information where to get replacement wrist bands because they are plastic and won't accept the metal band with pins used for my old Versa. Also trying to get used to the features with single button compared to my old Versa that died because the instructions in the box are limited.

Got thos for my wife and she lovea the watch. Easy to navigate and ease of use.

It lets you know, how many steps, I need to take. Easy to read, face. Band is very comfortable.

It is the perfect solution to switching from an apple watch to a more well rounded device that connects to more than just apple products. It holds better battery, so I can use it to track my sleep, it last week if not more on a full charge! It is also way more customizable and straightforward with the stats.

Best Buy has always been fantastic with customer service and product quality. I ordered a replacement watch for my Wife for Christmas and it was shipped immediately! Looking forward to using Best Buy for any technology needs

I'm impressed with all this watch can do. This has been my favorite Fitbit so far. The battery life is great, it’s light and all the features and works great. I definitely recommend.

This is a light watch that has the essential features needed to track a work out. I can also sleep easily with this on to track my sleep which is amazing as it is not bulky

I wish the battery would last longer. It's hard to find the correct screen. An old fashioned guy needs an old fashioned book to learn how to find my way around.

The Versa 4 replaced a Versa 3 that had battery charge problems, some improvements were good, but changes to things working well on Versa 3 was a problem, as had to relearn on Versa 4 to see things we were using on the Versa 3.
