    I have had a fitbit before. I could have purchased it at Wal-Mart and other stores for less money. Yet, the Best Buy staff is the greatest. This young lady helped me set it up. She gave me the pros and cons of several of the Fitbit products. It is worth the extra money.

    This is a good solid simple smart water that does the basics well. But it is very noticeable that the app ecosystem is now non-existent, and I doubt we will see a return as google pushes its pixel watch. Solid, but if you already have a Versa 2 or above, I would stick with what you have.

    I love the watch when it is working! But the battery only lasted 14 months - should last MUCH LONGER!!! Luckily I found an "open box" which was much cheaper to replace this with.

    I dont like the new bands for the watch it is to tight. Doesnt have a flash light and didnt really connect to my phone. I would get a few messages here and there

    I would give it 5 stars, but unfortunately the original shipped to me died after just about 10 hours. Would still light up, showing the home screen. But promptly turned off regardless of any input, including the button. Took all of 5 minutes in store to get it replaced, at no charge.
