Fitbit's latest rubbish

I had an earlier version of FB that suddenly died after using it several years. It only had to be charged once a week or so. When it died and I chose to upgrade (since the old version was no longer available, this new one would go 3-4 days without needing to be charged, which I thought was unacceptable. But now, this piece of rubbish has to be charged every. single. night. It keeps telling me that it needs to be updated with Google, however won't allow me to log in to Google. So, for a "smartwatch" it is the dumbest piece of tech I own. Doesn't track my sleep (because it's on the charger), and doesn't update to Google (for god knows what reason). When you spend that much money on a watch that only keeps time, and poorly at that, might as well go back to Timex. Come on Fitbit. You can do better.

1. Turn off always-on display
2. Use phone GPS instead of built-in GPS
3. Dim the screen or enable auto brightness

I only want Time, Day, Date and miles walked. I know it will do much more but I find all those screens confusing and frustrating.

I decided to go a step up since my Charge 5 died and give this one a go. It definitely gets the job done, but there are way better options out there for the amount you're already shelling out.
