Incoming call? Have to hold the button long enough to keep the screen on so you can deny/answer the call. Incoming notification? Hold the button to see. I really liked my Versa Lite bett

Posted .Hey there, KathleenW. We understand the frustration when you have trouble viewing a notification or incoming call. You may need to adjust the screen wake setting and here’s how:
1. In the quick settings screen, tap the screen wake icon to adjust the setting.
2. When you set Screen Wake to Auto (Motion), the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist.
You can also turn on always-on display:
1. Swipe down from the clock face to open your quick settings.
2. Tap the always-on display icon

Awesome until it stops working

Of all the ones I’ve had, and they were all different models, this Versa 4 has been the only one to give me so much trouble! I wish I could return, but I waited too long. I’ll have to just put it in a drawer and get an Apple Watch, against my will. I absolutely hate this V 4. It won’t connect with my phone like the others, and I never get alerts anymore. So sad

Love--Not so Much

Additionally, the watch band is small. I would not buy again. This is the 3rd FITBIT that I've had and loved the first two--except that the first one kept losing time and had to be reconnected to my phone several times, and I lost the 2nd one.

Please make sure to sync your Fitbit in the Fitbit app: From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner > Tap the device that you want to sync > Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now. Then try restarting your Fitbit Versa 4 by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then releasing the button. Good Smartwatch

It is lighter and the band is also lighter and easier to put on. Downside is I have yet to find a clock face that has the information I use all the time.

Will notify of call but won't answer. Called help line a few times but did not fix the problem.

The fitness tracking is slightly more complicated than the previous versions. This is coming from a "low tech" customer.

The watch is stuck on a random time and not move forward a few times and the battery needs to be charged every 2 days not every 7 days. And not really sensitive to touch screen. Have to touch it many times.

I'm done purchasing fitbit watches, and of course warranty was up by the time it was acting up.
