    This watch was intended to be an upgrade from my Versa. Unfortunately some features such as the Spotify Control were no longer available and there were several bugs with this new watch. One was that the fitbit pay would randomly pop up and it was fustrating to constantly have to get out of that screen. Fitbit Tech support was unable to resolve the issue and I ultimately returned the watched and got an Apple watch SE. It seems to track my heartrate better anyway.

    Not inpressed. I had the versa 3 and worked great. Other than ive had it a year and the battery wasnt lasting 3 days anymore. So time to upgrade. So i bought the versa 4. All the stuff is the same. Like nothing is better or different other than the button on the side. Ive had it freeze several times and wouldnt let me acknowledge alarms or set alarms or swipe left or right . And my favorite feature is not available on the versa 4. Something stupid. A barcode reader... of all things not compatible, a simple barcode. I had all my stuff in different barcodes all on my versa 3. Speedway, starbucks, koles. Ect. Not i have cards i have to bring everywhere.

    Nice tracker, but it never stayed connected to Bluetooth in order for me to receive calls/notifications (I have an IPhone 11). It would disconnect soon after connecting. Had to return (as this was the main reason I wanted this particular model of Fitbit).

    Have to hold the button to see anything incoming. with my Versa Lite I only had to lift my wrist. Incoming call? Have to hold the button long enough to keep the screen on so you can deny/answer the call. Incoming notification? Hold the button to see. I really liked my Versa Lite bett

      Hey there, KathleenW. We understand the frustration when you have trouble viewing a notification or incoming call. You may need to adjust the screen wake setting and here’s how:

      1. In the quick settings screen, tap the screen wake icon to adjust the setting.
      2. When you set Screen Wake to Auto (Motion), the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist.

      You can also turn on always-on display:
      1. Swipe down from the clock face to open your quick settings.
      2. Tap the always-on display icon
