    Doesn’t always switch screens when tapped. Supposed to stay on but does not and when you flip your wrist it only comes on part of the time. Just get a smart watch. It does more!!!

    The display does not come on easily and the watch loses about 10% of its charge daily. Additionally, the watch band is small. I would not buy again. This is the 3rd FITBIT that I've had and loved the first two--except that the first one kept losing time and had to be reconnected to my phone several times, and I lost the 2nd one.

      Hi, there. We're sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 4 display does not come on easily and that the battery is draining quickly. Please make sure to sync your Fitbit in the Fitbit app: From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner > Tap the device that you want to sync > Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now. Then try restarting your Fitbit Versa 4 by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then releasing the button.     This watch stopped working within 2 months of purchase. I would not recommend. This is the second one with issues

    I order a refubished or possibly floor model marked as excellent condition. Luckily I was able to return since the fully charged battery died within an hour each time I tried to wear it. Very unacceptable that this was offered as excellent condition. Also got very warm while charging.
