My wife love the device. No issues ,great product.

I previously had a Versa 2 which I absolutely loved. I think get a newer version would be even better but I was sadly mistaken. I later found out that Fitbit no longer offers additional apps on the device which was really disappointing.

It has multiple functions and is very easy to use.

Terrible. Quit working after 2 weeks. Even after trying to re-set it.

This is my 3rd Versa 4 and this one has only lasted until a year and 5 months. I will no longer be using Fitbit product.

I was really looking forward to this when I preordered it. Since I’ve had it, not really impressed. Harder to find the exercises for workout and not really an improvement. Battery life is supposed to be longer but is basically the same. I wish I would have just stuck with the versa 3.

This was NOT a good experience Worked great until the night of 12/31/23 after which the watch had to be set up multiple times I spent 10 consecutive days on the phone with Fitbit and it still stops working every few days. They apparently had a software issue after 1/1/24 I am not impressed.

I bought this for my Husband as an upgrade to his Versa 2, which worked perfectly fine. It has never been able to connect to his phone or any phone. Keeps just flashing the logo. Won't "power off" Going to return it

Bought for Xmas gift. Love it at first then stopped working after 3 months. 2nd watch this Happen to.

I bought it on sale on July 10th, 2024, and I was willing to return it within the first 3 hours. This smartwatch is honestly dull, and nothing is interesting about it. The watch faces are horrible in the Fitbit app; you can save maybe 5 in your favorite list. You can barely customize the watch. You can't download third-party apps. You are forced to stick with 5-7 Google apps. This smartwatch is just boring.

Pretty nice for the price, however the strap is pretty cheap. It broke the second day that my wife was wearing it. Bought 4 on amazon, and now the strap doesn't stay connected to the watch. Upside is that the straps are cheap. But, that is the downside as well.

Charge does not hold as long as the previous version does. I upgraded to this one after reading the reviews and unfortunately it does not live up to the hype.

My wife had Fitbit HR for several years until it died. She has always wanted the clock face of an Apple Smartwatch but the functionality (and price of a Fitbit) now she has both and loves the Versa 4. Thank you, Fitbit!

I purchased this watch because i have the Dexcom g7 and wanted to get my readings on it so I wouldn't have to keep pulling my phone out. Turns out you have to buy the third party app for it. You can't download it for free. For all that I'll just keep using my phone. Waste of time even tho it's compatible.

Terrible, it never synced right with my husband's phone. Big waste of money, was charged for the extra fit bit items and never used :(

The wrist band takes some getting used to. Previously owned a Versa 2. While I like having Alexa and customizable theme menu's, I can't really find one similar to the Versa 2's default theme. Getting notifications synced from my phone is a nice touch as well.
