    So far so good. I look forward to using this to track my outside activity when the weather warms up. Size is good, not incredibly big on my wrist.

    Bad software, worse exchange process.

    Good design, bad software. Constantly freezes, shuts down randomly, stops in the middle of workout tracking, etc. I requested a warranty exchange from Fitbit and when mine arrived at their warehouse, it sat for a week. Now the status has said prepared for shipping for three days. It appears the exchange process will be 2-3 weeks long. That’s astonishingly bad. I’ll never buy a Fitbit again. Not Best Buy’s fault.

    I regret switching from Apple Watch to this 1 day in and this thing sucks. It’s too difficult to figure out with no guidance or tips, it disconnects itself from bluetooth constantly, the sleep tracker is on but doesn’t track sleep? Yeah I’ll be purchasing an Apple S8 today I don’t recommend this Fitbit.

    Needed an upgrade for my versa 2, also, i wanted build in GPS in order no to relied on my phone GPS. I like the features taht the versa 4 has to offer

    So it's my fourth Fitbit. need the steps and heart tracker. like that it has the weather but the sleep tracker reminds me I don't get much.

    Been using Fitbit app for a long time Upgraded from versa 3 worst decision ever. Don’t buy unless you want to charge it every other day . Big disappointment

    Made a great gift for my wife for Christmas. She had an older one but it finally was starting to go on the fritz and was not worth repair.

    Purchased new Fitbit watch programed it but it would not maintain the info. Geek squid stated it was no good probably broken.

    Do not buy. Not accurate heartbeat. No active minutes. Syncing issues. Wish I had not bought. Fitbit is really going downhill with quality and the App is horrible.

    Bought Feb 3rd, 2023 and it died April 10th 2024. That's just two months out of warranty. Fitbit sure knows how to plan obsolescence. Will replace with a Garmin. My husband's Garmin is about 5 years old and runs fine.

    Sleep mode has to be set up, it doesn't automatically sense. Love the feel of the band.

    Does not detect accurate heart rate. Do not recommend. When lifting weights or doing cardio, it does not seem to be an accurate reading. The previous Versa seemed to be much more accurate and works better. Waste of money.
