Sales staff hand no knowledge of the this is the last fitbit after being a loyal customer for almost 10 years

Good, not great

It would randomly quit, forcing me to restart it. The band is super comfortable. If the heart rate tracking is not important to you, it’s a good watch

pool quality, avoid at all costs

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using Fitbit products for at least 7 or 8 years, and I find Versa 4 smartwatch very very disappointing. It will most likely be last Fitbit gadget. First and foremost, the "reminder to move" function stopped working for no reason after just about two months. I talked with Fitbit customer service three times, and they couldn't provide a solution at all. Total waste of my time. Second, the battery is a mere joke. After two months of light use, now the battery lasted just about two days. I got constant reminder almost every day to recharge my battery. I also talked with the customer service about this, and they merely sent an article on Fitbit battery for me to read on my own. My third complaint is about the the original wrist band. It comes loose too often, no matter during workouts, swimming, or sleep. A few times I realized I had lost my Versa 4, which came loose from my wrist, in the swimming pool and had to look for it all over the pool. I certainly didn't expect a product of such poor quality or design for the price I paid.
