I brought this for my wife she loves it. She uses it everyday. It is very durable.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend to help track his work outs. Its been perfect so far

Had to replace my old one because the battery would no longer hold a charge. This one seems to be doing just the same as the last. Had to replace the band it came with, I don't like silicone.

Don"t buy it, and DEFINITELY don't purchase it from BEST BUY. I've only had the Versa 4 for 3 weeks today. Shortly after purchasing I had issues with settings changing on their own. Do not disturb and Sleep mode would turn on without me doing it. I only noticed because I wasn't getting notifications. One night the versa 4 locked up with both DND/Sleep mode turned on, and I had to do a factory reset. That was literally no more than 2 weeks after purchase. Syncing has been a MAJOR problem. It was glitchy at first but has only gotten worse. It currently has not synced since yesterday morning. The only way I've been able to force it is turning off both the device and my phone, or reinstalling the app etc. There have also been gaps in time of recording heartrate. I reached out to Best Buy maybe 36 hours past the 15 day "price match/return period" (that I was unaware was SO soon until I spoke to them), and Best Buy would NOT help at all. I tried again today. Nope, nothing. Not with the price match or return on a defective device. I have reached out to Best Buy twice, to no avail. Had it been a month or so later I could understand, but it was 16 days the first time. The end result, I'm paying full price for something on sale $50 less right now, and I've been in contact with Fitbit and they have to replace it. Too many problems...not worth it!

Works great. I love all it does. Recommend for anyone wanting to stay healthy.

The Versa 2 was more user friendly for me. Battery seems to last a bit longer than Versa 2.

Love the updates they made, works great! Wish Android would fix the bug with making and receiving calls. Works fine on my iphone but i use the Android more.

Bought it for a gift for the wifey. She love her new fitbit. Fitbit is the way to go. They always replace if defect.

I like my fit bit. Was reluctant to but a smartwatch of ant kind. Researched many. This was my first choice and I am not disappointed!

Needed to replace a Versa 2 that wouldn’t respond to screen contact. I like the upgrades for physical monitors and the revised menu structure. The standard watchband is a little awkward but promises to be more durable than the V2. Still causes some skin irritation like the V2 band. Some previous features are now apps to add and manage. The apps are not straight forward to find when needed - still figuring it out.

I enjoy wearing my Fitbit, it’s reliable and easy to navigate the different features .

This is a nice upgrade from her older style versa watch.

Battery life is not as good as I'd like, especially when using GPS.
