    The Versa 4 is light weight and is comfortable to wear. The health monitoring statistics seem to be as accurate as my previous fitbit (Ionic). The battery life is excellent, I have been getting at least six days. I normally keep my display in button only mode except when working out.

    Looks nice but doesn’t report all information in particular sleep information the Fitbit says no data even though the iPad it’s linked to give the previous nights data. Disappointing and will cancel premium service after six month trial period.

      Hi there, Ddoright. Sorry to hear you're having difficulties with sleep tracking on the Versa 4. You can fix syncing issues by checking the last sync time and ensuring sufficient battery on the watch. Automatic sync happens near the phone with the app open.

      If syncing fails or sleep data is missing:
      1. Open Fitbit app.
      2. Pull down to refresh.
      3. Close the app and toggle Bluetooth.
      4. Manually sync the Fitbit.
