Nice watch! Very versatile and comfortable. Really like the watch so much i bought it again after i lost the first one.

The ONLY thing good is a long battery! If you have a notification problem dont hold your breath they will only read you the cue card answers that google supplies their techs with. After that, the techs say someone will contact you and it never happens. I’ve sent pictures of my iphone settings to fitbit that they asked me to do and its been over a month and nothing. Same ole cue card answer. It doesn’t matter what fitbit I own this is the normal response when randomly text stop coming to the phone. I noticed since fitbit sold company to google the supoort is bad. After yrs of owning Fitbits with round and round no conclusions or fixes & I just having to buy the next newest one for a quick fix. This is probably why fitbit has told best buy NOT to allow customers to buy the extended warranty says something. I finally went back to an Apple watch and love it!

Needs a better/easier accessible saturated oxygen display.

The saturated O2 was hard to access, and untimely to use.

Only worked for a little over a week, Fitbit customer service was happy to send a replacement, but it was refurbished so feel like that wasn't a true replacement.

I have using the fitbit watches for the pass 5years. I love It !!!

Lots more complicated than my old fitness tracker, but I like it.

I upgraded from a Versa 2. The time is smaller than my old watch therefore I have to grab my glasses to see the time. Some of the technology improved and some they took away

Just needs to be able to answer phone calls. And read messages

Great watch for keeping track and maintaining workout goals. Multi functional makes this a must have for hiking, running swimming or virtually any activity.

Overall build quality is amazing ! Only problem is takes time to sync with phone. Yet best purchase recent times

I love how this Fitbit has large font. It keeps me moving through out the day and has me challenging myself to reach new goals.

Absolutely love my Versa 4. I love the versatility in being able to change faces and all the different stats I'm able to view. The band is easily swappable and much easier to put on versus older Versa smartwatch bands.

Looks good and feels good. Had an issue one time with watch being reset after a workout, but hasn't happened since. Loving it!

Costumer service at Best Buy was excellent. Fitbit has not answered my letter for complaint, thankfully Amazon Finally did resolve my purchase of a Versa 2, battery did not last 5 months, absolutely worst experience with Fitbit. Versa 4 is much better product…

Upgraded from a fitbit versa 2. So for, i am pleased. Only complaint is the screen appears to not be as sensitive to touch as the versa 2. This has been a hassle when running

This is the first "smartwatch" for my wife. She's very happy with all the functions and appearance, and likes the "screen" size (large enough to read, but still small enough to not look out of place). Good value for the money.

Got this to replace my fitbit that just died after a few years and I wish I would have bought this sooner!
