Like the band. The readout screen works well outside. Price was good. This is my third Fitbit product and liked them all. Each was an step up in the product line.

Very happy with this Fitbit! I get phone calls on this watch., However, I haven't figured out hiw to get text messages yet, not a big concern of mine though.

Love it. My old fitbit quit working so I needed to replace it. So far i’m very happy with my choice. The wristband sometimes irritates my skin but oh well.

Good fitness monitor with multiple capabilities. I also like its ability to connect with the UHS move to get rewards for meeting daily fitness goals.

Love this! I thought it might be too big, but it's a good size for me. I've had it for almost a month now, and it makes me wonder why I didn't replace my old one earlier! I did drop it in the sink while doing dishes and it survived until I could fish it out. I've also dropped it and hit it against hard objects by accident, and no problems, not even a scratch on it.

It was a gift. The recipient was over joyed. They love it. I love that it was so easy to order online and pick up. Customer service at Best Buy is really The Best!

Easy to set up, able to receive clear calls on watch

Tracks my heart rate and steps! Connects great to my phone and I love that I get my messages on it and can even answer my calls and talk on it. Great sound quality

My daughter loves it... she hates thick watches so this was perfect and the color is fantastic...

Okay watch. Doesn't have music control feature that previous versions have

I bought the watch duting the Black Friday sales in November 2024. Initially the watch worked really well and provided me motivatiin to hit my step and sleep goals. After 7 months the “Floors” counter started miscounting in an extreme manner. I would doing something as benign as walking 20 steps from my living room cpuch to my kitchen to get a drink and the watch would count 4 floors. One day the watch accurately vojnted my steps at 10,941 but inaccurately recorded my floors to be 280. The worst part of the process is getting Google to acknowledge that the watch has a broken floor counting mechanism. It has taken me a month to finally get Google to approve a warranty claim. I would not recommend the watch due to it recording faulty statistics so soon after purchase and the poor customer service response.

My friend gave me her Fitbit,a Versa that I've worn since 2018. The only reason I bought a new one is because it finally gave out. One too many times in water I guess. I really like my Versa 4.

Would give 5 star if the feature for Alexa worked. Everything else seems to be exactly what I want. Alexa was part of the reason for this upgrade.

At the price range with so many features is a value buy. You get almost all features like mobile calling, payment, skin temp and blood oxygen level. This should be categorized as smart watch.

I am struggling with this model of fitbit. I loved my Versa 2 until the touchscreen stopped working. Since I loved the Versa 2 I decided to choose a Versa 4 and the new layout of the apps and screens isn't user-friendly in my opinion. I think the "right" watch face may fix all my complaints however most of the ones I like cost extra money. Hopefully with time I will be happy with it.

I bought this watch as a gift for my wife and she loves it. Functions perfectly and does everything it says it will and for a decent price.

I like this watch but i wished that Fitbit would allow the screen display be universal to all their devices because i liked my old screen layout on my Versa.
