I like the watch. Step count is not always accurate.

Much better model than its predecessors, the older models even marked steps if you simply moved your hand this device so far has been much more accurate

This is 4 years newer than my Ionic. When shutting down, time is not kept. When you turn it back on, time will resume at the time of shut down. My Ionic kept time during a shut down. 20 days later, my Versa 4 shut down unexpectedly. I got myself a refund. Do a search on "known issues with the Versa 4".

So far so good I am still getting familiar with all the bells and whistles. I do like the looks of the watch

Great customer service. Went in for a watch and left with a watch in 20 minutes.

I like the watch. Its features are easy to use, and I like being able to track my sleep and exercise. However, the screen is not very robust. In just three months I have multiple chips and a crack across the screen. So, if you choose to buy this watch make sure to get the protection plan.

My mom really liked it, but wished it had the blood pressure monitoring.

My wife liked her birthday gift and is using a few of the components but staying away from the others (which ones?)

The Fitbit 4 sense was much easier to navigate. The click changes on its own.

Fitbit versa is for my wife and she loves the quality and performance in different activity choices and it's many features

Watch is actually great. Band link to watch came loose and I was lucky to find the watch later

I bought this for myself hoping that it will give me motivation to get active, record foods I eat, etc. I'm sure there's more to using this fitness smartwatch but I need to research it more.

The brand new watch never fully charged, would not sync to my phone, and began to lose time. When I returned it, it was eight minutes slow. It was under warranty, but Fitbit made me return my watch before they would send me a replacement. The replacement they sent was just the watch face, no bands, and no charger I had to call customer service again to receive those. The original watch came with two bands, a large and a small size. They only sent me the small size. The watch I received is a replacement was a refurbished one, not a brand new one.

Had to replace my versa 2 after 3 years and got this. The wristband it comes with is terrible and irritated my skin easily, replaced it with the WithIt Sports band, much better. Havent had this very long and noticed a couple of times that the time will be off synch with my phone by a handful of minutes or just stuck on a number until I restart it. All in all I liked my versa2 better.

Good watch but BAD band ...no comfortable hard to take out easily. I bought another band

I replaced broken versa 3 for versa 4, 4 has better screen definitely more clear works great

Love my new Versa4 fitbit. I had a Versa 2 and I like this so much better.

Nice to have. Not user friendly, doesn't give much options of connectivity with phone.
