I love my new bday gift it's great the band is smooth

My wife loves here new watch, it's perfect in color and size.

Replaced a verse 2 that I accidentally left on the charger for several days and it recked it , that is really a horrible feature by the way ! I live fit bit , been wearing one for years . Versa 4 seems like a decent upgrade even though I am very upset that leaving a fit bit on the charger will ruin it . I hate those $200.00 dollar lessons!

Best precious this watch last days without charging

I held on getting this new version due to the mixed reviews , but glad I decided to get it, love it so far.

I don’t ever leave reviews that are bad. I have been a Fitbit person for about a decade. I got this one to replace my Fitbit charge that died (lasted less than 18 months). This Fitbit just won’t work. It doesn’t sync properly to the app. It constantly tells me I need to update it but it will not update. On the off chance that I get it working-it works right for about a day, maybe 2 days then it stops working and needs a complete factory reset. I have had this for about 2 weeks and have done about 10 resets. After spending time reading about this Versa in the Fitbit community I have noticed this seems to be a problem with many people with this watch. I wish I read this before I bought it. Also, you cannot email Fitbit with issues anymore. You have to call or do a live chat and I just haven’t had time. I am not sure if this is just a bad watch or if they are all like this.

This was a definite upgrade from my last Versa Fitbit Smartwatch with functions I wasn't expecting and i got it in the color I wanted --the Copper Rose

Keeps me on track with distance and steps, and looks great.

I had hoped Fitbit would do better at counting my steps.

I love it! I love that it comes with a free trial of fitbit Premium. It is giving so much extra information about my health. I like the home screen with the 3 tracks for heartbeat, sleep and active minutes.

Love it! More reliable than previous models I’ve owned. So far the battery life is great and it charges super quickly! Did have to replace the band because it caused blistering, but that was an easy fix.

Great upgrade from my previous Fitbit. Battery lasts a long time (at least 3 days for me...probably longer). Nice features (HR, steps, calories, etc). Paired well with my Android phone. Overall pleased with my purchase.

Spouse really likes the look of the watch and particularly for sports activities. Let's hope the battery lasts closer to 3 years. Doesn't want Apple - so he is sticking with Fitbit. Isn't excited that is now is google.

Love this tracker. I needed a bigger watch face and this one works for me without being huge. Also, I am used to fitbit products, so there was no learning curve.

Great and light weight. Breathable on hand and meets my purpose

Still learning how to work it, but so far so good and geek squad have helped me with my issues. I found the band uncomfortable, found a set of elastic ones on amazon and now that is great.

I am disappointed in the fact that I have been unable to get the the smartwatch to record when I do stairs. I have attempted to troubleshoot why, but have not found a solution, which has been very frustrating. Other than that, I am happy with my smartwatch.
