    The app shows Inaccurate step counts ecen when person is not moving. The phone call integration is not smooth with Andriod devices

    I should have done more research before purchasing the Fitbit-Versa 4 Fitness Smartwatch. Large plastic wristband is not very comfortable for nighttime wearing.

    Absolute garbage. Doesnt accurately track steps or exercises. Returned it in 2 day. Went back to the versa 3 with a new band

    Battery life is the best

    I love the battery life on this fitbit. I had the fitbit versa 2 n i had to charge it everyday at night. This newer one needs to be charged on the 4th day.

    Good design, bad software. Constantly freezes, shuts down randomly, stops in the middle of workout tracking, etc. I requested a warranty exchange from Fitbit and when mine arrived at their warehouse, it sat for a week. Now the status has said prepared for shipping for three days. It appears the exchange process will be 2-3 weeks long. That’s astonishingly bad. I’ll never buy a Fitbit again. Not Best Buy’s fault.

    I bought this watch, thinking I would like to read from the Versa 2 but I was absolutely disappointed as soon as I open the package as it felt incredibly cheap. The manager who sold it to me said that it would fit the bands from my versa two and it did not so I went back and return it immediately. The additional features that offers or nothing. The Fitbit premium can’t even be tried without a credit card and that sucks and I am so disappointed with a Fitbit app that.

    Great Smartwatch/Fitness Tracker

    Love this! I thought it might be too big, but it's a good size for me. I've had it for almost a month now, and it makes me wonder why I didn't replace my old one earlier! I did drop it in the sink while doing dishes and it survived until I could fish it out. I've also dropped it and hit it against hard objects by accident, and no problems, not even a scratch on it.

    The Fitbit is a great smartwatch. Nice features. Unfortunately, I am allergic to the band so I had to replace it with a different kind.

    Love Fitbit for many years but this verdion has have many glitches. I recommend the sense 2 or the versa 2

    It doesn't have the quality that is needed, I haven't found how to change the time and date yet.

      Hey there, LuisF. Sorry you’ve run into issues getting the correct date and time on the Versa 4. The watch gets this information by syncing with your phone — here’s some tips to keep everything synced:

      1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
      2. Try to manually sync your Fitbit device.
      3. Check your phone permissions.

    It's probably a good watch but since I was not able to program it, I couldn't tell. Maybe the geek squad could have helped. But that might cost more money.

    I was never able to receive calls on my watch. I don't receive any call notifications, message notification or any other notifications from my phone to the watch. No matter how many times you reset your watch or even your phone, the notification service won't work. It says built-in GPS which never uses/works. I don't understand why such big brands make such low quality products.

    Great concept, but dies at exactly 1 year and 10 days every time. No kidding! Right after the warranty expires the Fitbit watches die. I think they have it rigged. Three times a charm. Won’t fall for that again. Cheap er than the Apple Watch, but not if you have to buy a new one every year. Apple Watch is the way to go.

    The watch stopped working 4 weeks after purchased. Still haven't figured why the battery wouldn't work.

    I have had Fitbit devices for many years and it appears every two years the device stops working. New device and the sleep tracking is terrible gone are the days when the Fitbit was my go to device.

      1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
      2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit.
      3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.
