    The brand new watch never fully charged, would not sync to my phone, and began to lose time. When I returned it, it was eight minutes slow. It was under warranty, but Fitbit made me return my watch before they would send me a replacement. The replacement they sent was just the watch face, no bands, and no charger I had to call customer service again to receive those. The original watch came with two bands, a large and a small size. They only sent me the small size. The watch I received is a replacement was a refurbished one, not a brand new one.

    I was looking for an oximeter and this watch only averaged oxygen with sleep.

      Hi there, KimberlyB. We hear your concerns regarding you not getting the most accurate readings from the Versa 4. Here are a few things to confirm to get the best results:

      For step tracking:
      Confirm your height and wrist settings are correct in the Fitbit app to get the best results. Since it uses height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average.

      For sleep tracking:
      1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
      2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit.
      3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

    The battery is good but there is no 3rd party support whatsoever you are better off getting the versa 2 or 3 or a fit bit charge. Does not control music on your phone along with a host of other features nixed from previous models. It is a real step back considering the price tag.
