Got this for Mothers Day after my Sense stopped working. I really liked the way fitbit tracks and displays my stats. I really like the additional exercise tracking options added on to my Versa and how easy it is to view my daily stats and heart rate. I had to get a new band cuz the one it came with rubbed my wrist and took off a few layers of skin. Overall its worth the price and is really helpful with getting you motivated

Bought this for my wife. She really likes it. Time from time the band loop disconnects from the fit bit itself. Other than that, she uses it everyday to track her steps and what not.

I liked it and actually better than I expected. Recommended!

This is my 3rd. Fitbit in 11 years and I think it is by far the best one! But, of course, they keep improving them. I had just a little problem with set up this time; but, it was my error. I walked into Best Buy and asked a couple of questions which were politely answered by a young man in Geek Squad!

I love my versa 4 Fitness Smartwatch. Not only am I tracking my steps each day, I love all of the other features.

I really like this watch. It is all and more that I need and affordable. I wouldn’t hesitate to get it again. It is easy to learn to use! Much longer battery life than my wife’s Apple Watch!

No complaints so far except ease of setup. It wasn’t clear how to delete an earlier version of Fitbit and add this one. Trial and error finally got it set up.

My husband bought me this for Christmas, but I did pick it out :) I wanted something to keep track of steps, sleep, etc, and for it to be waterproof, so I could wear it while doing my water aerobics / exercises. This fit the bill. I really like it. I charged it up when I got it, and it's still at 30% 8 days later.

This does what I expected. Product is of good quality and is exactly as described. Battery lasts about 4-5 days, handles some water just fine

I love smart watches designed exclusively for fitness tracking which is why I’ve always purchased Fitbit! I recently lost my Versa 3 and was a fan of the design and features so i upgraded to the Versa 4 which has even better features and the button is an actual button which is easier to interact with and press compared to the Versa 3. Love this watch! However I noticed after 2 months since I purchased, that the screen does not wake upon interacting with it but now it doesn’t respond to initial touch. I have to press the button to wake the screen in order to use the touch screen! Syncing did not fix the issue, having a fully charged battery didn’t either. Cleaning the screen, wiping for debris didn’t help and I even reset the watch/app and still doesn’t wake when I lift my wrist to interact with it. A bit disappointed since I’ve owned 3 fitbits all of which I loved and didn’t run into issues with and certainly not 3 months since purchase but it’s still within the 1 year manufacturer warranty so I should be able to repair or get it replaced once I send back my original.

The Fitbit Versa 4 is definitely an upgrade from the Versa. Love the added features like being able talk through the watch directly when you answer a phone call, Google Maps directions through the watch, and more accurate tracking of all metrics. I like the Versa watches because they're waterproof and the battery lasts over a week.

I am very satisfied from the service, Aranza, the lady that help me was really helpful , and my versa until now its working verry good.

Was replacing a Charge 6 with this Versa 4. All was good except the brightness setting. It would NOT stay on normal or max setting. Too DIM! Also, the voice-to-text doesn't work too well. Returned it and will now wait til next gen FitBit to be released.
