Not impressed with this version of the Fitbit. Since Google took over Fitbit, getting answers to issues with the operation and features supposedly available on the watch is practically impossible. And, from the reviews I’ve seen, I’m not alone in that opinion.

Not sure if app, watch or both are causing problems with showing sleep correctly, because I can’t believe I’m awake for 3 hrs while I was sleeping??? Zone minutes fluctuates every day, doesn’t always count stairs taken. Every time there is an update something else is wrong with either App or watch. Since I only use it for walking it’s like you get what you pay for and the more expensive watches have so many issues I decided to keep this one and deal with the app or watch issues.

It was just what was wanted color, size, and it fit nicely!!! This was the type that she wanted.

The sales person was very helpful with my decision on this particular watch. He explained everything and helped me compare multiple devices and I was able to make the perfect choice.

Brought it as a gift to Mom and she loves it. Connects and syncs well with her iPhone

I purchased this for my husband. He likes it but it doesn’t offer some of the features that the older version had. The older version you could download pictures to have as a screen saver rhis one you can't. But all-in-all it works good.

Bought this watch for my wife, she was in love with the Fitbit brand. She had no real complaints other than having constant issues trying to answer and make calls through the watch from her phone while on the go. She has recently switched to the Apple Watch.

Bought for my wife and she loves it, easy to setup, great quality on the screen, works perfectly.

I purchased two fitbit watches from Best Buy, and they are awesome! I love the reminder feature that tells you to get more steps in. I'm looking forward to fitbit helping my wife and I become healthier in 2024!

Bought the Versa 4 to replace my wife's Versa 2. Like the new features but we are still learning everything it will do. Would like to see them develop a stronger wrist band. In our opinion, Versa 4 is a good upgrade for Versa 2.

I recently purchased the Fiitbit watch, which had a lot of nice features. However, it stopped working for no apparent reason. initially, I thought i needed to be charged, but after allowing it to be charged for one half of a day, it still would not work.

I decided on the Versa 4 after wearing the Versa 2 for 4 years. After getting the watch set up, the battery was lasting only two days. Fitbit customer service quickly sent the replacement. I'm happy with the Versa 4 and the great customer service.

Love my Versa 4 so I ordered one for my husband too.

I upgraded after spending several years with the Versa 2. The Versa 4 has the same great feature but have been upgraded beautifully, and more efficiently. I was surprised by the speakerphone aspect of the watch, was a nice surprise. Overall I am very satisfied.

I’ve had it for a few months now and it works just fine. Only problem is when my arm gets really sweaty it messes with the heart rate reader, so it doesn’t show accurately. And the strap will rub your arm a little raw if you sleep with it on

My wife loves it!! Wears it everyday while she’s walking!! This is the second one she’s had, after dropping the first one.

I like it overall but I had the versa 2 and when you flipped your wrist it would light up the screen. I have click on the side button on the versa 4 and that’s a little annoying

My Versa died and I replaced it with a Versa 4. I prefer the old Versa. The Versa 4 does most of the things that my Versa did but I find it harder to decipher.

It’s been amazing ! It was a gift for my boyfriend and he is loving it !

This is the fourth Smartwatch that I have purchased from Best Buy and have been satisfied with each of them. Each of them has been both durable and dependable!
