    This products works well. Sometimes the heart rate monitor isn’t accurate but overall it’s a decent watch.

    Keeps you on your toes with hour reminders to get moving also has daily reminders to exercise. Comfortable to wear even with included band

    The new watch has been fine. However, I've yet to see a credit for the trade in that was done at the same time. BB is quick to take the money and apparently slow as molasses to provide the credit for the trade in. It's now 3+ weeks after the purchase.

    Bought this Versa 4 to replace my rapidly dying Versa gen 1 that was putlrchased in 2018 new. What a difference! Battery lasts many days (not hours), wireless charging, and a lot of useful reporting health metrics from FitBit Premium. My family has history of heart problems, so i find the fast/slow/afib warnings helpful. Was on sale for $149.99 for Black Friday.

    The first one we bought did not set up so back to Best Buy and voila! It’s up and running and now it has to be on my wrist or I’m not ready!
