    Have to hold the button to see anything incoming. with my Versa Lite I only had to lift my wrist. Incoming call? Have to hold the button long enough to keep the screen on so you can deny/answer the call. Incoming notification? Hold the button to see. I really liked my Versa Lite bett

      Hey there, KathleenW. We understand the frustration when you have trouble viewing a notification or incoming call. You may need to adjust the screen wake setting and here’s how:

      1. In the quick settings screen, tap the screen wake icon to adjust the setting.
      2. When you set Screen Wake to Auto (Motion), the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist.

      You can also turn on always-on display:
      1. Swipe down from the clock face to open your quick settings.
      2. Tap the always-on display icon

    The display does not come on easily and the watch loses about 10% of its charge daily. Additionally, the watch band is small. I would not buy again. This is the 3rd FITBIT that I've had and loved the first two--except that the first one kept losing time and had to be reconnected to my phone several times, and I lost the 2nd one.

      Hi, there. We're sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 4 display does not come on easily and that the battery is draining quickly. Please make sure to sync your Fitbit in the Fitbit app: From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner > Tap the device that you want to sync > Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now. Then try restarting your Fitbit Versa 4 by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then releasing the button.     The band on the watch is terrible. Had to buy a new band on Amazon because it was peeling my skin like a sunburn

    I’ve had at least 5 fitbits, and then this. Of all the ones I’ve had, and they were all different models, this Versa 4 has been the only one to give me so much trouble! I wish I could return, but I waited too long. I’ll have to just put it in a drawer and get an Apple Watch, against my will. I absolutely hate this V 4. It won’t connect with my phone like the others, and I never get alerts anymore. So sad

    The Versa 4is a nice watch and an upgrade from my old Versa. It is lighter and the band is also lighter and easier to put on. Downside is I have yet to find a clock face that has the information I use all the time.

    I purchased this watch on August 19, 2025 and for the past couple of weeks it will not sync to my phone. I have uninstalled the fitbit app, turned the phone off, restarted the watch and nothing works. The watch will not sync to the phone. I took the watch back to the store and was told it was defective. Now I am attempting to exchange the watch. Do not buy this watch.
