I wear the previous version as my "work" watch on the farm. I tried a Samsung watch. It felt heavy on my wrist and I found the app cumbersome. Fitbit is app is simple, efficient and useful. The watch face is very strong. I have had the previous version close to 2 year and I am surprised I have not broken the face. It is scratched and worn, but I have yet to break it. I am a satisfied, repeat Fitbit customer. HIgh recommend.
