Don't Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Versa 4 is a good smartwatch but Google does not listen to what users/customers want/need in a fitness watch. They've just eliminated the WebUI dashboard and forced the use of the phone app dashboard which makes the watch very difficult to interact with to get and input the data needed, especially for older users. It really limits the usefulness of a fitness smartwatch

Versa 4

Beware! No 3rd party apps anymore!

I bought without researching much, as I assumed the Versa 4 would have everything my old Versa does... stupid mistake on my part. Fitbit has totally nerfed the new watches. There are only 9 factory apps, that's it. This Versa 4 is getting returned, and I'm switching brands.

They told me there wasn't ANYONE TRAINED TO DO THAT!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! HOW YOU CAN SELL A PRODUCT THAT YOU ARE UNWILLING TO HIRE PEOPLE OR TRAIN EMPLOYEES YOU ALREADY HAVE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!

Not iphone compatible

Poor Durability

They have poor durability and bought a cheaper model now. Should this third one break moving to a Samsung model. Really upset they dont last long.

You need a google cellular

Google just purchased Fitbit and isn’t servicing towards iPhones or android users. March 27, 2023 all features are will not be available to android or IOS users.

Te smart-watch that is not smart

It has no music/volume control (the previous models have it), it fails on showing the notifications and calls, it fails at measuring body temperature and sleep. I use fitbit watches since 2016, so I am really disappointed now.
