It lets you know, how many steps, I need to take. Easy to read, face. Band is very comfortable.

While the watch was working it seemed great but after 4 days the screen would just completely turn off and be unresponsive like the battery was dead however it was still connected in the Fitbit app and the battery read as being charged nonetheless I tried to charge it to 100 and restarted the watch twice yet after a couple hours of it working normally it would seemingly stop working again and again until it reset itself and would no longer connect to the phone and when trying to setup again it would give an error message hopefully this was just a defective product I bought the upgraded Sense 2 and I haven't had issues in the last 3 weeks so far

The watch works great. We've only had issues with the fitbit app not deleting old fitbit.

The Fitbit Vers4 was a GREAT deal through Best Buy. It looks good and works perfectly.

Watch is what I need and easy to setup on phone. It is the 3rd one I've owned. They seem to last exactly 2 year before they don't charge and go black. Supposed to be waterproof. And I do use them in the water, at least 5 hours a week. Don't know if that has anything to do with it. $120 for 2 years is an OK buy.

Nice watch. Great design. Big improvement over the original Fitbit that I had years ago. The only thing I would change is include an elastic band if at all possible. I had to buy one separate.

I've been a long-term Fitbit user, the brand loyalty spurred by its innovative designs, seamless operation, and great software support. I've witnessed the evolution of Fitbit from the Classic to the Versa series, standing by them through thick and thin. However, the recently launched Fitbit Versa 4 Graphite has left me with mixed feelings. The build quality of the Versa 4 Graphite feels cheap compared to previous models. I've always admired Fitbit's premium build quality, but this model seems a little off, making me wonder if the brand's acquisition by Google has started impacting its product quality. In terms of software support, Fitbit was known for its regular updates, keeping its users engaged and satisfied. Since the Google acquisition, however, this seems to have declined. I've noticed that the updates are not as frequent or robust, and the bug fixes have also slowed down. As a result, the Versa 4's user experience has been noticeably laggy and glitchy at times. To be fair, the Versa 4 does retain some classic Fitbit features we've all come to love, like great battery life and an easy-to-navigate interface. But the decline in quality and software support overshadow these positive aspects. Given these concerns, I've recently made the switch to Garmin, and I am quite impressed with the quality and software support that Garmin offers. It's a pity to see Fitbit, a brand I've admired for so long, showing signs of decline. I really hope Fitbit, under Google's management, can bounce back and regain its former glory. Until then, I'm afraid the Fitbit Versa 4 Graphite earns just two stars from me.

When the Fitbit watches went on sale at Best Buy, I felt I was worth upgrading. So, I chose the Versa after researching them, and considering my budget. I have been wearing the Fitbit blaze for years! The battery and it's charging cable were killing me, I just didn't want to tolerate it anymore. So far I am very satisfied with the versa. The battery life is a huge improvement. The watch faces are very nice. It is also great with helping to keep track of your health activities and number options.

I love everything about it, especially the color and the band. It is very comfortable.

Technology is difficult for me, however, this watch was really easy with good instructions. I love the large face that is easy to read. The band that comes with it is comfortable.

It is the perfect solution to switching from an apple watch to a more well rounded device that connects to more than just apple products. It holds better battery, so I can use it to track my sleep, it last week if not more on a full charge! It is also way more customizable and straightforward with the stats.

I loved my Versa 2 I had for years and it finally was time to replace it. The Versa 4 has additional features and upgrades that make me love it even more! So glad I went this route than one of the much more expensive counterparts.

This Fitbit helps me monitor my heart rate and my steps for health reasons. I have had no issues with and have recommended it to my friends.

I got this to replace my Versa 2. It was seamless to connect to the app and begin using it. I can track my sleep and exercise, which are my main goals. while do not like the plastic silicone band, the new attachment system is so easy! I am blind and I could change it to a leather band without any assistance. Definitely worth the purchase.

I have been pleasantly surprised on how much I did like. A long time fitbit user I was going to get another model but the sales deal on this one was excellence. So, happy I made the purchase.
