I have attempted to troubleshoot why, but have not found a solution, which has been very frustrating. Other than that, I am happy with my smartwatch.

It not only tracks my steps, but tracks my sleep stats, which is helping me focus on better sleep health. The battery life is great as well, I can go 5-6 days without having to recharge.

Versa 4 features and some minor issues.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the newer features that the Versa 4 provides, however, my older Charge device I was hoping that my long-time trend data would still be there, however most of it wasn't :(. So, I did extract/archive it before I got this newer device. Also, I did notice that the battery level % indicator stops at 53% and will stay that way for a couple of days and then just dies. Not a good indicator at all.

1. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Great Watch, Great Price

He said the battery life is fantastic and the app functionality is just wonderful, also it can do so much more than his prior Fitbit! So I would definitely recommend it!

A bit disappointing with it, but it was a ok buy.

Band is far easier to change than previous models although it still fits weird.

But I would stay away from FitBit Premium. Most of its features can be found with minimal web searching on places like YouTube.
