    I’ve never been happier with this FitBit! The alerts are great, and the alarms are perfect. I love that it vibrates for notifications and alarms without disturbing anyone!

    We like our new Versa 4 fitbits. We use to have Versa 2 fitbits but we both like our new ones better

    Features were a little glitchy I would go with the charge 6 better product in my opinion better fit but that's just my opinion

    So far so good; I kept returning the Fitbit Sense devices because the tops keep popping off; I HOPE this Versa model does not do that!

    I bought this because my old Versa 2 finally died, and this didn't disappoint. It pairs with the GPS much faster than the older models.

    Love this Fitbit except for the fact the bettery dient last as long as in my previous Versa 2.

    The features are the same. I believe Fitbit should improve their charging docking and the charging pins. After a while one of the four pins manages to get stuck and unable to charge the watch

    This item I will not be buying again it does not comport my Apple Watch at all. I was under the impression that it was like the same thing and it’s not.

    Nice watch for fitness, I think has better tracker than the apple series 8, is more accurate. Unfortunately I need a watch With all the futures. :-$

    Only negative is the weakness of the vibration for alarms. Otherwise this is a great purchase.

    The Fitbit was purchased as a Christmas gift. Can’t say anything more about the Fitbit. I personally have worn a Fitbit since 2011.

    Doesn't always work when we use the app to find the phone. It's hard to connect the wristband when it's on my list My touch screen does not always respond.

    Love my watch! It doesn't always know that the app for Alexa is running in the background. that's on the company, not Best Buy.

    Great update from my prior versa2. Screen is excellent and I can answer phone calls on this version. Overall satisfied with this product.

      We’re so glad you’ve been with us for so long, MaryD. — that being said, we hear your concerns about the Versa 4 feeling slow when syncing with your iPhone. Here’s a few tips to speed up your device:

      1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app
      2. Remove your Fitbit device from your account and phone
      3. Check your phone’s Bluetooth and internet access

    This watch worked so well that we got another one. This is the second one we got. It tracks my activity well and i have been feeling it on my waistline.
