Good Watch. Does not answer phone calls like the Versa 3.

Oh how Fitbit has fallen! I had an earlier version of FB that suddenly died after using it several years. It only had to be charged once a week or so. When it died and I chose to upgrade (since the old version was no longer available, this new one would go 3-4 days without needing to be charged, which I thought was unacceptable. But now, this piece of rubbish has to be charged every. single. night. It keeps telling me that it needs to be updated with Google, however won't allow me to log in to Google. So, for a "smartwatch" it is the dumbest piece of tech I own. Doesn't track my sleep (because it's on the charger), and doesn't update to Google (for god knows what reason). When you spend that much money on a watch that only keeps time, and poorly at that, might as well go back to Timex. Come on Fitbit. You can do better.

Setup was a little difficult getting it to connect to the phone but overall it was ok

Keeps you on your toes with hour reminders to get moving also has daily reminders to exercise. Comfortable to wear even with included band

Can't always get my read out on how I slept. Have to have watch in exactly the right place for it to work.

I replaced my old Fitbit with this new one an d the improved performance was immediately noticeable! I love this new one!

It seems like I have to sync it more than I should have to. Sometimes I don't receive my text messages on it.

As a person with health issues, this item helps me keep a closer eye on things. It's telling to start moving, so I gotta go.

It seems like it runs out of juice very quick………..

The first one we bought did not set up so back to Best Buy and voila! It’s up and running and now it has to be on my wrist or I’m not ready!

Bought this Versa 4 to replace my rapidly dying Versa gen 1 that was putlrchased in 2018 new. What a difference! Battery lasts many days (not hours), wireless charging, and a lot of useful reporting health metrics from FitBit Premium. My family has history of heart problems, so i find the fast/slow/afib warnings helpful. Was on sale for $149.99 for Black Friday.

Doesn't sync more than I'd like but it's simple and you get what you pay for. Lower end smart watch

Love the watch just not very computer savvy...but love the look

I've owned 3 Fitbits over the years and was happy. The first 2 lasted 3-1/2 years each. The Versa 4 I bought September 2022, is now dead. It dies in November and I got it working again thru software updates but it kept going down. Now it won't charge and can't get it to start at all. Very disappointed at this point.
