    I don't like this product. It does everything but send text/phone notifications, which is the only reason I purchased it; although I was most assured that it would. i told the salesperson repeatedly that I didn't want to track fitness/health and he still sold it to me--will be returning it.

    Might as well be an expensive regular watch. I prefer the Versa 2 my apps work on it, not the Versa 4.

    I purchased this Fitbit Versa 4, received on May 15, dead on June 11. I would not advise purchasing this device.

    Worst Fitbit I’ve ever had. Doesn’t sync properly ever and have contacted Fitbit numerous times. This model is awful

    Not worth the money features glitch and some basic features removed from this model. Sales staff hand no knowledge of the this is the last fitbit after being a loyal customer for almost 10 years
