    I like my Fitbit, but I heard it was wise to leave my fit app open in the background for notification. So I cannot get everything I need out of it for fear of someone hacking my information .

    I really do like this watch! Highly recommend.The only thing I didn't like is they didn't give me my discount that they said they were going to give me. Disappointed in Best Buy but thankful I did buy the watch!

    Great little gadget. Battery life is great. The drawback, unable to respond to text messages if you have iPhone like I was able to with old Versa 2. Compatible with android.

    Doesn’t compare to the Apple Watch. Very minimal information, which is expected since it’s mainly a fitness watch. However, I believe Google ruined it in terms of software, and the app doesn’t sync well with the watch. I continuously have to go into the app to update the info on my watch.

      Hey there, FrancisO. Sorry to see you’re having syncing issues on the Versa 4 — we totally understand how frustrating that can be. Normally, a quick reset can solve those issues — here’s how:

      1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
      2. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
      3. Release the button. When the tracker vibrates and shows a smile icon, your tracker has restarted.

    My husband’s Versa 2 stopped holding a charge. We upgraded to this one. Easy to use, similar features. Band is different and took a little time to get used to it. All good now;)
