    The battery is good but there is no 3rd party support whatsoever you are better off getting the versa 2 or 3 or a fit bit charge. Does not control music on your phone along with a host of other features nixed from previous models. It is a real step back considering the price tag.

      Hi there, KimberlyB. We hear your concerns regarding you not getting the most accurate readings from the Versa 4. Here are a few things to confirm to get the best results:

      For step tracking:
      Confirm your height and wrist settings are correct in the Fitbit app to get the best results. Since it uses height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average.

      For sleep tracking:
      1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
      2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit.
      3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

    3rd Fitbit I've owned and definitely my last. Had for just a month now and it is extremely overpriced and overrated. I've had to reset it twice this week and it's still not staying connected. Do Not Buy!!!

    My wife loves her new Fitbit Versa 4. I was trying to decide between the Fitbit and an Apple watch, but decided on the Fitbit because she had owned two other Fitbit Versa watches. My only reservation with Fitbit was if it will be able to take the wear and tear my wife seems to put her watches through. Time will tell.
