Bought this for Christmas. Burned my wife’s wrist to the point of 1st degree burn.

I had the Versa 4 for a month, and it stopped working.

It is ok but charging seems to be an issue. Design not too exciting.

I bought to replace my versa 3 for one reason, the button on the side. The versa 3 has a haptic button that doesn’t work half the time. So when I saw that they put a physical button on the versa 4 I decided to get it. So why did I return it you may ask, because I am only getting 2 days on the battery instead of the 5 they say I am supposed to get. That’s a deal breaker for me, I would get an Apple Watch if I was willing to live with a 2 day watch. So I’m back to my versa 3 with 5-6 days battery.

For the amount paid , thought the quality of the band would be better. Band broke the first time I put it on. Best buy replaced the watch immediately.

I was told by one of your associates that the Fitbit could be used without a phone as my husband has a flip phone. Was very disappointed.

In a world where smart watches can do so much.. Fitbit basically failed in the worst way possible. The Bluetooth connectivity is so trash . Investing 170 dollars on this piece of crap is not worth it. Brand like amazfit are doing a great job. While Google's product fails miserably. The ui is the worst. Don't get this watch guys. You guys don't deserve the pain this watch creates.

I bought this watch as a Christmas gift for my wife since her old one broke. When we tried to set it up that night, the watch only pops the FitBit logo up. We called FitBit and went through all the steps to fix it and it still doesn’t work. They said it’s a problem a lot of people have been having with this model. I would recommend buying a Versa 3 unless they fix this issue.

This thing is amazing not only does it track steps heart rate but also sleep. It comfortable to wear and the battery last forever

Watch is great! Relaced my Versa Original and have no regrets with the new version. Lighter weight, less annoying buzzer. Always On clock face feature!! There is no reasonable help offered for BB when you have this kind of a complaint - Review guidlines (HAH). While I am getting my e-gift card replaced with a physical one I am not being made whole for the time it has taken me to make correct their error. My complaint is about the e-gift card. It is a disaster. The link did not work. I have spent 50 minutes with 3 different Customer Service departments (plus prior to this I waited 20 minutes for the in-store app to be notified for a CR person to assist me. They failed to contact me so then I waited in a Check Out line (10 Min) and had a very nice person +10 more min. try to help me only to find out that due to this being an on-line purchase I had to call the 1-888 #. All the people were very nice but the failure of the e-gift card delivery is not worth pre-ordering any purchase again from this store. The first phone CR person discovered the e-gift card had been applied to my purchase (it wasn't) but this made the weekly emails asking me to claim the e-gift not work. I did try to go through the link provided. And this purchase was not even in my BB History... Also, even though BB said the purchase would not be charged until the item was sent - I was charged on the day I placed the order - a month before it was even shipped. I am venting here because they have sucked hours of my time to redeem an e-gift card that they screwed up the delivery of. In the end they will mail me a physical gift card. Which will arrive in 7-10 business days. This has been an annoying and challenging experience that needs to be elevated to BB management. DON'T PRE-ORDER FROM BB ON-LINE Just laughing so I don't cry.

The firbit was not accurate in steps or calories and we had to return it. My wife was not happy with it.

This is my fourth Fitbit. I wore the others out! Great for heart rate, tracking steps and exercise. Had it for about a month and so far so good. Not fond of the charger.

I love this versa 4 smartwatch. It is the best watch. I love how it keeps tract of my heart beat.
