    I made such a mistake in purchasing this piece of crap, I have so much problems with pairing it with the app, called Fitbit support and had them troubleshoot it with me on the phone, and I still have issues every time I try to sync there is a problem, the weather is only in celsius even though I set it in Fahrenheit and one side of the band keeps coming detached all the time. I only have had it for seven days now and I have had to contact them so many times on the last occasion he was not listening to what I had to say, the Fitbit customer service is the worst, and I really don't have the time to deal with this all, I just wanted the crap to work. so I will be returning it to best buy .

    After three days, the screen went blank, and couldn't get it to work. After a tital reset, abd uninstalling and reinstalling, still couldn't work. Had to exchange for a new one. Still working after a week

    I had a Versa 3 for several years. When it broke I decided to upgrade to the versa 4. Big mistake. The interface is much less user friendly, and it doesn't hold a charge nearly as long as the Versa 3 did.

      1. Turn off always-on display
      2. Use phone GPS instead of built-in GPS
      3. Dim the screen or enable auto brightness
