Fitbit app has some workout videos to get you started as well, which is nice. Sometimes it will disconnect from my phone for messages/calls and I have to pair it again.

A heart rate pattern was shown to a doctor and after testing I had afib. It had it corrected. This is my fourth Fitbit. I wear them out working on a farm. Always a Fitbit owner from now on

It’s able to track your health and give you recommendations on when you should move around

Itscan upgrade over her fitbit alta. She loves the large screen. The additional features. If you have a fitbit, this is a great upgrade. You wont regret it.

I have attempted to troubleshoot why, but have not found a solution, which has been very frustrating. Other than that, I am happy with my smartwatch.

Love my Versa 4!

After looking over my options, I returned to Fitbit for it's longevity, price and fitness tracking.
