stopped working appropriately after 7-8mths of use

This is the first product however that just stopped working. It physically will not sync with the app unless I force-start the device each time. I have worked with FitBit support, to no avail. Each workaround provided has worked one time, and then the device will no longer sync. I have never had issues like this in the past, I am uncertain if this is related to the Versa...or perhaps this particular model was flawed.

Posted .Hi there, VanessaR. Sorry to see you’re running into charging issues with your Versa 4. Here are some tips to get the estimated battery life of 6 days:
1. Turn off always-on display.
2. Use phone GPS instead of built-in GPS.
3. Dim the screen or enable auto brightness.

Love the screen, hate the band

I love pretty much everything about the display and its function, however, I have gotten a rash on my wrist from the band. I never had this problem with my old fitbit. I have researched how to avoid it or fix it, but with no luck. I have had this versa 4 for a month now. I might have to stop using it if I can't find a solution.

Nice upgrade from the Versa 2

The bands are much easier to change and the charger is more streamlined as well. Battery lasts many days.

Good watch, needs better battery life

I love the product and do not want to switch brands and lose all of my badges. The only complaint I have is that the battery dies rather quickly. All of my other fitbit watches lasted a long time and this one is short lived. Other than that, watch works great.

Great, but empty app store

But there are next to no apps for it. That's a big disappointment. I lifted my hand up and bumped the underside of my desk at work, scratch. My Versa 2 got slapped off doorways and such daily *I may be a bit clumsy* and didn't scratch... The new band they're using is pretty great, very comfy. I do like that a lot.

Versa 4 features and some minor issues.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the newer features that the Versa 4 provides, however, my older Charge device I was hoping that my long-time trend data would still be there, however most of it wasn't :(. So, I did extract/archive it before I got this newer device. Also, I did notice that the battery level % indicator stops at 53% and will stay that way for a couple of days and then just dies. Not a good indicator at all.

1. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
