I am very greatful that the item was ready for pickup two days earlier. I came into the store and was greeted with professionalism. I was in and out within ten minutes.

Posted .Hey there, WilmerF. Sorry there has been an issue setting up the Versa 4 — we understand how frustrating this can be. Here are some steps to get your device up and running:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
2. Try to manually sync your Fitbit device.
3. Check your phone permissions.

Prefer Versa 2

Initially had to contact "Support " to walk me through setting up because watch was not syncing. Although more features than my Versa 2 not as user friendly for this senior.
