Lost my versa 2 years ago. Finally decided to buy a new watch this one's pretty good for the price however there are absolutely no apps for it we're just kind of annoying. When you speak to customer service representatives they say that apps will be available in the future. But the thing has been out since September and still no apps available.

I really like the watch its not like the first one it doesn't make sound when you complete steps or have the little pop up graphics when reminding you or rewarding you. I liked when you were walking and it coach you alone the way sayin little encouraging remarks and you can't call out and don't let me answer all my calls that come through but overall its nice

Ok but battery life goes away down after a short use. When I got it the battery lasted a week a month later I have to charge it every other day. Have trouble also with getting info out of Fitbit like steps for the day sometimes it's easy other days it won't give me the info. This is my third Fitbit in five years I'm hoping this will last longer than the other two.

Great upgrade from versa 2. Easy to set up. Was panicked that the find my phone feature was not showing up on the apps. Goodled how to add it. Phw! Loved the band type it came with. Very comfortable and easy to put on and take off.

Don"t buy it, and DEFINITELY don't purchase it from BEST BUY. I've only had the Versa 4 for 3 weeks today. Shortly after purchasing I had issues with settings changing on their own. Do not disturb and Sleep mode would turn on without me doing it. I only noticed because I wasn't getting notifications. One night the versa 4 locked up with both DND/Sleep mode turned on, and I had to do a factory reset. That was literally no more than 2 weeks after purchase. Syncing has been a MAJOR problem. It was glitchy at first but has only gotten worse. It currently has not synced since yesterday morning. The only way I've been able to force it is turning off both the device and my phone, or reinstalling the app etc. There have also been gaps in time of recording heartrate. I reached out to Best Buy maybe 36 hours past the 15 day "price match/return period" (that I was unaware was SO soon until I spoke to them), and Best Buy would NOT help at all. I tried again today. Nope, nothing. Not with the price match or return on a defective device. I have reached out to Best Buy twice, to no avail. Had it been a month or so later I could understand, but it was 16 days the first time. The end result, I'm paying full price for something on sale $50 less right now, and I've been in contact with Fitbit and they have to replace it. Too many problems...not worth it!
