HR tracker is garbage for HIIT & lifting.

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Versa 4 is simple and useful for steady-state cardio and general functions, but absolutely garbage for HIIT sessions and weights. Using a HR band for cardio, or simply my fingers on my wrist to measure my pulse consistently has the Fitbit reading 20-40 bpm low. When wearing my Versa 4 on one wrist and my Charge 6 on the other for a HIIT session, the Versa 4 had my HR at 86 while my heart was pounding out of my chest and the Charge was reading 143 bpm. Only use the Versa 4 as a pedometer if you are a true fitness enthusiast.

Disappointing and will cancel premium service after six month trial period.

Posted .Hi there, Ddoright. Sorry to hear you're having difficulties with sleep tracking on the Versa 4. You can fix syncing issues by checking the last sync time and ensuring sufficient battery on the watch. Automatic sync happens near the phone with the app open.
If syncing fails or sleep data is missing:
1. Open Fitbit app.
2. Pull down to refresh.
3. Close the app and toggle Bluetooth.
4. Manually sync the Fitbit.

The worst part is the charger. The gold prongs get stuck causing a slow charge to no charge and having to buy a whole new charger. Get protection plan.
